Compliance Management Systems

Platforms that organize regulatory requirements, monitoring, complaints, issues, testing, and management reporting.

Buying context

Why it matters

A compliance program needs evidence that obligations became controls and that exceptions were corrected. A system can organize that evidence, but it cannot replace accountable owners or independent testing.

Due diligence

Questions to ask

  1. How are legal changes mapped to affected products, procedures, controls, training, and tests?
  2. Can findings retain cause, owner, due date, evidence, validation, and repeat status?
  3. How are customer complaints classified and linked to products, channels, employees, and possible systemic issues?
  4. Which reports show overdue obligations without reducing compliance to a single score?
